Shopping online for your BlinQ Mobile payphone is easy.All phones are held in stock, greatly reducing our delivery time to you. Should there be an instance where you order and we don't have the products in stock, we'll do our best to rectify the order and provide you with all available alternatives. We are generally able to process your order the same day, resulting in the best possible service delivery to you. We don’t sell products and then have to go and shop ourselves which means less time waiting for your BlinQ Mobile phone.
Delivery Cost
BlinQMobile.co.za offers free delivery subject to the following terms and conditions. Delivery time will be between 12-72 hrs within the major South African cities and an additional 24-48 hrs in outer lying areas. We often provide 24 hour delivery free of charge, but this is not always possible. The applicable delivery method when free delivery is on offer, is at the discretion of BlinQMobile.co.za.
Delivery Methods
Door-to-door (8am-5pm, Monday - Friday) – Parcels delivered by courier between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday.
Track and Trace
Working closely with the fastest growing courier company in South Africa we offer a track and trace service for you on your orders. Details of which will be forwarded to you upon completion of your order. We are constantly tracking customer deliveries, so you don't have to. It's what we do.

All prices quoted are in South African Rand(ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT at 14%
Credit Card
We cannot accept Visa and Mastercard for airtime and phone purchases in South Africa due to bank clearing times on credit card purchases to the merchant . If you have a credit card and Internet banking, you can do an EFT transfer from your credit card using our EFT option detailed below. Should this prevent you from completing your purchase please contact us.
Direct Bank Deposits / EFT

We make use of a clearing account which links us to the four big banks and the only method of payment accepted is EFT. We are able to clear an EFT transaction the very same day,where buy making it a very attractive payment option for those not wanting to use their credit cards online. Selecting this option during the ordering process will ensure you receive all transaction details via e-mail on completion of your order.

Paying by cheque is not available at this time.

Cash
We are happy to announce we now accept cash payments for prepaid phone purchases. Simply place your order and our bank account details will be forwarded to you once you complete your order. As with a lot of things here at BlinQ Mobile we offer same day shipping for all Cash purchases.
Our Guarantee on Returns & Replacements
If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs if applicable.
Risk
The risk in the goods shall pass to you, the customer, on arrival at the delivery address, advised by you.

Once through our shopping cart, your order will be processed and an e-mail will be sent to you with all our Banking details for you to make Cash deposits. We are unique in that we offer same day processing of cash deposits for airtime and electricity purchases in South Africa.
 
Our Guarantee on Returns & Refunds
All codes and vouches supplied are provided by our service providers and systems which generate the correct codes. Vouches are traceable and recorded.
If an order is placed and is incorrect, we do offer the ability to switch the order between prepaid airtime vendors and electricity vendors free of charge.
On all incorrect orders we have found it necessary to implement a 5% - R50 (The lesser amount) handling fee for refunds on incorrect orders.
This covers labour and bank charges.
